Founding Director | World Impact

Ngwane Dlamini is the Founding Director of World Impact, a non-profit organization based in Eswatini focused on human capital development. He currently provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization’s programs and growth.

With extensive field experience in education, Ngwane has worked closely with teacher educators and schools to address well-being and school-based psychosocial challenges, bringing practical insight into the realities educators face daily. His organization, World Impact, is an implementing partner with the Ministry of Education and Training, delivering in-service training for teacher educators & teachers in life skills and health education.
