Kingston Ogango is recognised as a Leadership Catalyst, Author, Trainer, Minister, Thought Leader, and Designer committed to mentorship and coaching.

He earned a Master’s degree in Organisational Leadership from the International Leadership University (ILU) and completed advanced training in leadership, ministry, sound production, digital media management, and broadcasting from institutions in the USA, UK, Italy, Kenya, and South Africa.

He is currently the Africa Regional Director at Alpha International and an Associate and Leadership Trainer at The Catalead Associates.

Kingston has led across multiple sectors and holds trustee positions with Alpha Kenya Trust, Media Associates International–Africa, and African Pastors Fellowship (UK). He serves on the boards of Biblica East Africa and Hallfield Investments Limited and previously served as Deacon and Head of Media at Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM).

Kingston contributed to “Light for the Writer’s Soul: 100 Devotions by Global Christian Writers”, “The Resilient Christian Leader”, and other respected publications.

His latest book, Mentoring: A Practical Guide for Growing and Developing Leaders, won the 2025 African Christian Authors Book Award (ACABA) in the Leadership Development category. It was ranked third in the Personal Growth category at the 2026 Christian Indie Awards and the CAN Marketing Awards.
