Lindani Dlamini is a forward-thinking C-suite executive with more than ten years of leadership across banking, fintech, and telecommunications in Eswatini, known for driving digital transformation and modernising legacy systems to maximise capital efficiency.

He currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Nedbank Eswatini. As former CTIO at MTN Eswatini, he cut CAPEX by 25% through staggered legacy investments, and as former CIOO at Standard Bank Eswatini, he led the structural merger of Operations and IT.

He holds a Master of Science and BSc (Honours) in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics.
