Ngcebo N. Mbuli is the General Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Bible Society of Eswatini, where he provides strategic leadership in advancing Bible mission work and strengthening the organization’s impact across the nation. In this role, he is responsible for driving vision alignment, fostering partnerships, and ensuring sustainable growth in the Society’s programs and outreach initiatives.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Mbuli serves as the Chairperson of the Eswatini National Advisory Council on Issues of Persons with Disabilities, a statutory body under the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in shaping national policy dialogue, advocating for inclusion, and promoting the rights and welfare of persons with disabilities across Eswatini.

A scholar and practitioner, Mbuli brings a multidisciplinary perspective with strong interests in education, disability studies, and project management. His work reflects a deep commitment to bridging policy, practice, and community impact.
