LEAD Africa Summit 2026 Is Coming

From Vision to Impact: Leading Africa’s Transformation

July 29–30, 2026   |   Ezulwini, Eswatini   |   Continental Leadership Gathering

Africa is no longer waiting. Across the continent, leaders in government, business, faith communities,
civil society, and entrepreneurship are articulating bold visions for transformation. The question is
no longer what Africa can become — it is how we get there.

The greatest leadership challenge of our time is not inspiration. It is execution — turning vision into
measurable change in communities, institutions, and nations.

That is the mandate driving the LEAD Africa Summit 2026. Building on the momentum of previous summits – from Nairobi’s call to Lead in a Crisis, Reimagine the Future, to Lusaka’s focus on Empowering Transformational Leaders for Africa’s Future — this year, we take the next step. We move the conversation from inspiration to implementation.

A Defining Moment for Africa

Africa stands at a crossroads. The continent’s next chapter will be shaped not by the boldness of its visions, but by the quality of its leaders — those who can bridge the gap between what is imagined and what is built, between what is declared and what is delivered.

The LEAD Africa Summit is a continental platform designed to equip, connect, and inspire exactly these leaders. In July 2026, we convene in Ezulwini, Eswatini – gathering voices from government, business, the church, and civil society — to explore how leadership can drive real transformation in real communities, right now.
