Registration & Payment
Your registration is confirmed upon full payment. Rates (early bird, standard, group) apply as published and must be paid via the official Summit platform. Registration may close once capacity is reached.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received on or before June 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. However, participant substitutions are allowed at no additional cost.
Program Changes
The Summit schedule, speakers, and venue are subject to change without notice.
Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain professionalism and respect. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual for inappropriate behavior without refund.
Liability Disclaimer
The organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own insurance and travel arrangements.
Media Consent
By attending the Summit, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded for promotional and educational use by the organizers without compensation.
Data Privacy
Personal information will be used for Summit communications only and will not be shared without consent, except as required to manage the event.
Force Majeure
The organizers are not liable for disruptions due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).
